MyHACCP is designed for businesses with fewer than 50 employees and is suitable for meat and fish processing, dairy production, fruit and vegetable processing and the confectionery, prepared meal, sauce and drinks sectors. It provides step-by-step guidance through the process of identifying hazards and controls and allows users to download the outputs of HACCP studies and plans as a PDF.
There are also downloadable templates for documents like monitoring record sheets and links to further information that might be needed during the development of a HACCP system. MyHACCP can also be updated and amended online when new products or processes are introduced.
